Annual Employee Training Program
We place strong emphasis on the long-term career development of our employees. Through a diversified training and development framework—including new employee onboarding, professional skills training, foundational and compliance training, improvement proposal competitions, and managerial competency development—we aim to strengthen our workforce capabilities, support the effective development and long-term sustainability of our workforce, and promote the shared growth of both employees and the organization.

| Professional Skills Training |
1. Program Content: We offer role- and function-based training across R&D, production, sales, finance and accounting, logistics, environmental protection, and occupational safety. Training is delivered through internal courses, external programs, and professional certification programs. 2. Implementation Status: In 2025, total training hours across all professional skills courses amounted to 422 hours. |
| Foundational and Compliance Training |
1. Program Content: Training topics include protection of confidential information, personal data protection, information security, fire prevention, workplace safety, health promotion, RBA and ESG awareness, and Chinese language training for migrant workers. 2. Implementation Status: In 2025, total training hours for common knowledge courses reached 96 hours. |
| Improvement Proposal Competitions |
1. Program Content: We organize proposal competitions focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and system improvement. In addition to incentive rewards, these initiatives provide employees with opportunities to demonstrate innovation and contribute to continuous improvement. 2.Implementation Status: In 2025, a total of 14 proposal competition events were conducted. |
| Managerial Competency Training |
1. Program Content: We conduct structured training programs for first-line supervisors and management alignment programs for mid- and senior-level managers in the first and second halves of each year. In addition to strengthening management capabilities, these programs incorporate emerging topics such as ESG, AI applications, and cross-cultural management to support the comprehensive development of leadership. 2.Implementation Status: In 2025, one consensus camp was held in each half of the year, totaling 28 training hours (14 hours per session), with 87 managers across all levels participating. |
