Our company is committed to providing employees with a respectful and safe working environment. We value employee diversity. As of December 31, 2024, we employed 409 individuals, of which 32.5% are foreign nationals, 1.2% are indigenous people, and 1.2% are new immigrants. We also respect their cultural customs, and there have been no violations of their work rights or human rights.

Pay Equality
Our company has a "Compensation and Remuneration Committee" that provides employees with competitive compensation through a transparent and equitable salary policy, returning business performance to employees.
For the same job position at the entry level, the treatment is the same for all employees. For employees with relevant professional expertise and work experience, the compensation is determined based on their education, experience, specialization, and certifications, with no distinction made based on gender, age, or ethnicity.
