Computer Aided Engineering

Computer aided engineering (CAE) is a tool and methodology to realize various physical and engineering phenomena by computational simulation. It assists our R&D engineers to develop better products. It also helps to validate our processes and product performance to keep our high quality demand.

We have the most advanced multi-physics simulation technology, which can perform structural, thermal-fluid analysis, and optical analysis; solve nonlinear and complex coupling problems; do the optimization. These include stress and deformation, thermal stress, heat transfer and thermodynamics, vibration and collision, process dynamic simulation, optical wavelength...etc. It has been applied to our processes and products in various fields including machining processes, laser processes, welding, heat treatments, semiconductor equipment, thin film deposition, optical thin film design, surface treatments… etc.
